This Auxiliary is part of a National organization which consists of the National Officers and Committees appointed by the National President.

The Department also holds an annual Encampment to elect their State officers and delegates to the National Encampment.The annual National Encampment of the Auxiliary is held in conjunction with the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War Encampment.
